Making an Appointment

Please call (610) 330-5005 or stop by the Counseling Center between 8:45am-noon and 1pm-5pm to set up an appointment. Typically, you will be seen within a week of making your appointment, depending on your schedule. During certain times of the semester, the wait may be somewhat shorter or longer. Because appointments are in high demand, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice if your wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Please note that missed appointments without notification will count toward your total of 15 sessions per year. If you miss a scheduled appointment and do not call within 48 hours to reschedule, we will send you a reminder via email.

URGENT/Walk-in Appointments

If you have an emergency, please let the secretary know so you can be seen as soon as possible. The Counseling Center maintains walk-in hours at 10am-11am and 3pm-4pm for students with urgent concerns. These meetings typically last 20-30 minutes to help students manage their current distress and discuss options for additional support. Students can visit or call the Center for daily walk-in hours.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY WHEN THE CENTER IS CLOSED, CALL THE OFFICE OF PUBLIC SAFETY AT (610) 330-4444.
