Dominique earned her B.S. in psychology with a minor in history from Union College in New York. Currently, she is a doctoral student enrolled at Marywood University, where she earned her M.A. in clinical psychology. Her theoretical orientation is primarily cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and she frequently incorporates techniques from interpersonal therapy (IPT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and humanistic psychology. Dominique enjoys working with college-aged students on a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, body image, and disordered eating. As college is often a time of navigating through new academic stressors, interpersonal relationships, and increased responsibilities, Dominique emphasizes creating a safe, warm, and collaborative therapeutic environment to foster positive change and growth.
