Olivia obtained her B.S. in Psychology and M.S. in Experimental Psychology from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology at Lehigh University. Olivia’s theoretical framework integrates a person-centered and cognitive behavioral approach, viewed through the lens of Liberation Psychology. She focuses on helping individuals navigate various life challenges, including identity concerns, depression, anxiety, violence, and trauma, particularly among college students and collegiate athletes. With her background in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work, she is dedicated to supporting students facing discrimination and oppression, striving to create a safe and empowering environment for radical healing, self-compassion, and personal growth.
