Virtual Discussions groups:

Wellness Wednesdays 
This drop-in, online discussion group is for students to identify ways to maintain and strengthen self-care. As a peer support space, students will connect with each other by sharing experiences and supporting one another in wellness and self-care goals.

Sexual Assault Survivors’ Support (SASS)
This virtual gathering provides a space for survivors of sexual assault to receive support, acceptance, and validation while healing. It aims to decrease feelings of isolation and alienation often experienced following a sexual assault.

“Still We Rise”: A Support Space for Students Identifying as BIPOC
This virtual support space is for BIPOC students to come together to discuss issues of cultural and racial identity at a PWI and the impact on wellbeing and relationships. Topics will focus on issues related to power, privilege, intersectionality, identity development, coping with racism, and empowerment.

Getting Out of Your Mind 
This three-session workshop is designed to help you learn how to stabilize yourself emotionally, engage with your experiences with more flexibility, and connect you to your values using metaphors, mindfulness exercises, and other experiential components.

Mood Matters 
All students occasionally feel sad, lonely, or frustrated, but sometimes these feelings can start to interfere with everyday living. This workshop aims to enhance students’ understanding of underlying causes, as well as explore options for coping with and addressing challenging feelings.
