Dr. Silvestri received his B.A. from Muhlenberg College and his Ph.D. in counseling psychology from Lehigh University. His specialty is multicultural issues and he is engaged in ongoing research and writing in this area. Tim believes strongly in the power of relationships to cultivate change, enhance personal strengths, and reach one’s fullest potential. He views the Counseling Center as one of many resources at Lafayette that can aid students to achieve the heights and goals they envision for themselves.

The Counseling Center offers a limited number of appointments between July 1 and August 7.

Dr. Forbes will be available to consult with students in the office on Wednesday, July 20, and Tuesday July 26. She will be in the office full time on August 8. All other counselors will be out of the office until August 15.
